2 Way Tuesday - Animal Print and White Denim

ANIMAL PRINT TOP - Bella D (via TJ Maxx)
WHITE DENIM SHORTS - GAP
TURQUOISE NECKLACE - Gifted
HEELS - Steven by Steve Madden
BLACK SILK ORGANZA MIDI SKIRT - Thrifted
RAFFIA BELT - Forever 21
GOLD WEDGES - Charles David
CUFF AND WOODEN BRACELET - Heavenly Treasures
Pigtails cracks me up.  Because she's the second child in a very busy family, she has to find ways to make sure she gets attention.  One way is to yell "Mom!" at the top of her lungs.  It's really funny to hear a tiny little 17-month old screaming out "Mom!" like a crochety old man.  And it's not mama or mommy.  It's straight up mom.  And it's loud.

Pigtails "mowing" concrete
Today I decided to mix up my animal print shirt.  I love it because not only is it neutral and match with everything, but it's nice and cool as well.  In May I wore it with a long black midi skirt, which is definitely fancier, and today I decided to wear it with white shorts.  Perfect for running around in.

Anyway, gonna keep this one short.  Princess Sparkles went over to her friend's house so I have a few hours with just Pigtails and I gotta make the most of it.  Hopefully Pigtails will get more attention without Princess Sparkles around and the crochety old man in her will stay hidden :)

I love the animal print with the white denim. I need to get some white denim so I can make this happen.

And of course Pigtails is mowing the concrete - someone has to.

I love animal prints mixed with white white--it's such a clean look. I laugh every time I read about your girls. You really capture their essence on a daily basis.

Lol, crotchety old man! I just got done reading an old Lucky that had 4 women style a similar leopard top. :) I love both ways, but the shorts just scream easy, chic and cool!

pigtails is hilarious! love her "mowing" the concrete! Cute outfit. This one seems more practical for hanging out with a 17 month old, but i like the other one too.

That crotchety old man story is hysterical.

You look gorgeous in those white shorts! I love that top, both ways that you styled it.

I love that top with the white shorts! It's great when a "dressy" item can go from night to day--double duty clothes are the best! I'm reminded of how much I want a pair of white shorts--I love yours!

You're such a sweetheart, I love hearing from you! And I love visiting your blog and seeing how freakin' cute you are and hearing about those darling children. I totally know what you mean about leopard print going with EVERYTHING (if its the right leopard print). I just bought a leopard print skirt and I was trying different outfits on and I had to make myself stop because the possibilities were endless. Your leopard top is great, it looks realistic and not cheesy. I love both pairs of shoes too!

I love the white shorts with that top! I just bought a pair of white linen shorts on one of my outlet mall trips, and I'm trying to work up the nerve to wear them. How do to keep them clean?!?!

You look GORGEOUS in both...but I am loving that skirt. Perfect.

My little guy does the yell, too. Except it's MAMA. With an attitude. ;)

Yea for animal prints! Do you think zebra will make a comeback soon? I've got a pair of clunky mules and a belt. Lucky Pigtails doesn't mind shopping. My baby girls used to scream on cue when I'd turn the stroller toward a fabric store.
