Palm Tank, Mint Skinny Jeans and a Handful of Spinach

My kids love spinach.
They don't know it, but they do.
I secretly sneak it into their fruit smoothies.
Handfuls of it!
I've even gotten them to drink kale.
It's the best way to give them their vegetables.
No complaining.  And they even ask for seconds!

MINT SKINNY JEANS - Flying Monkey (via Anonymous), gifted
MULTI-COLORED PALM TANK - H&M, $5
BLACK LONG SLEEVE SHIRT - Old Navy, gifted
PINK HEELS - Seychelles, $20

Monday's Inspiration - Aubrey Plaza

Here is my "Inspiration Monday" outfit thanks to the lovely ladies at Two Birds.  How excited I was to see some colored skinnies and decided to whip out my fave mint green Flying Monkey ones!  I paired it with my $5 H&M tank, pink heels and an Old Navy cotton long sleeve shirt.  The long sleeve shirt is great because it sorta works as a faux blazer!

Pigtails with a spinach smoothie moustache

I was thrilled that H&M was having their huge sale and I got this top for $5.  It's perfect for post pregnancy because it's loose, comfy and the pattern helps camouflage "stuff."  Kinda like frozen strawberries in a spinach smoothie!

I love Pigtails' smmoothie mustache. Must remember to try this trick with the grandson. The only vegetable he will eat voluntarily is corn.

great way to sneak in those veggies! i've been lucky because my kids eat veggies. they love salad. my daughter eats everything, my son is now starting to get picky, but he has good days where he's more adventurous and cooperative!

Ohhh so many pretty colors, I love the mint/pink/patterned top combo. Maybe you need to sneak some kale into a smoothie for me, as I can't get over its texture.

Love the inspiration, but I think the colors you added made the outfit better. I really may have to borrow your pink shoes...cute!

I do the same thing with my husband since he doesn't like spinach at all!

Really, spinach AND kale?! Wow, go super mom! My kids are so picky. I think unless spinach comes in the color pink, they won't be eating it any time soon.

Too cute! Like you have any "stuff" to hide?
I can't believe you're able to sneak in spinach! My grown daughter still doesn't eat anything green.

I make green smoothies everyday and the bananas take over any kale taste! They're good kids, I was very picky and probably wouldn't eat it because of the colour! Speaking of colour, how fab are your colours in this outfit- those shoes (swoon!)

I need to try the sneaky spinach smoothie trick on B again, with a cup that isn't transparent and has a lid. The last time we tried it, she saw the color and refused to drink anymore of it. She is smarter than I am, I'm afraid...
