Playing Dress Up

Princess Sparkles loves to dress up her baby brother, Bucket.
The other day I found him in his crib wearing a doll hat.
Then today she decided to dress him in her very own Ariel panties.
I asked her why she did it and she told me,
"Because it's cool!"

Monday's Inspiration - The Saturdays

RED CASHMERE MAXI SKIRT - Thrifted, $3
BLUE JACKET - Forever 21, $8
WHITE NURSING TANK - Target
BOW EARRINGS - from my blog friend, Polly
NECKLACE, RING - Cynde Daniels
NUDE CAGE HEELS - Kelsi Dagger, $11

Today's "Monday Inspiration" photo from Two Birds had a few outfits to choose from.  Not having many pairs of skinny pants that fit, especially red ones, I decided to wear a red maxi skirt.  The blue jacket is one I got on clearance at Forever 21 and the heels I got at Loehmanns for only $11 after multiple discounts.

Bucket in a pink doll hat.

Bucket modeling Sparkles' princess panties.

It was fun wearing bright colors once again.  But wearing red, white and blue can be difficult.  Luckily the colors are "nautical," so I'm hoping I'm leaning more toward "cool" rather than an American flag.

First, let's talk about the baby--yummy! Now on to the red skirt--totally fab flash of color. Love this Monday Mingle submission. My assignment this week was all about styling--one top, six looks:
